So how do ultrasonic diffusers work? If you open your ultrasonic diffuser and look inside the tank, you’ll find an indentation at the bottom. 

• This indentation is called a plate. An ultrasonic diffuser uses plates rather than heat to diffuse oils.

• 2 push: 30 seconds ON/30 seconds OFF; shuts off after 8 hours (2nd light on)
• 3 push: ON 60 minutes continuously; shuts off (3rd light on)
• 4 push: ON 120 minutes continuously; shuts off (4th light on)
• 5 push: OFF (All lights off)

Note: All settings have auto shut-off after the water runs out. To turn off the diffuser immediately, hold down the mist power button.

Getting Started With Your Diamond Diffuser

Once your Diamond Diffuser arrives, you may be wondering how to effectively use it. Let this be your guide.

Step 1. Remove the outer cover and water tank cover.

Step 2. Connect the AC adaptor to the side of the base.

Step 3. Pour room-temperature water just below the fill line in the water tank. Add 10-15 drops of Edens Garden’s pure essential oil or blend into the water tank. 

Step 4. Put the water tank cover and outer cover back on after you’ve filled the water tank to the fill line. Note, you must use the outer cover while diffusing.

Step 5. Plug the power adaptor into an electrical outlet.

Step 6. To turn it on, press the mist power button (left) once.

To ensure safe usage and to maintain your diffuser, follow these tips:

• Always place your diffuser on a stable, level and dry surface.
• Do not pour water directly into the water tank from the tap faucet as it may spill and cause damage. Instead, use the included cup to fill the water.
• Do not cover the diffuser with anything.
• Only use room-temperature water.
• Always keep the diffuser out of reach of children and pets.
• Never fill the water tank when the diffuser is in use.

Q: WHAT KIND OF ESSENTIAL OILS SHOULD I USE WITH MY DIAMOND DIFFUSER?

Only use Edens Garden's 100% pure essential oils and blends. Synthetic or carrier oils may clog the diffuser. Some single oils, like Rose and Vetiver, have thicker consistencies and may clog the diffuser causing it to malfunction. For thicker oils, use sparingly or select a thinner oil or blend.

Q: WHAT IF MY DIFFUSER DOES NOT MIST OR EMITS ABNORMAL MIST?

Make sure the water rests at the fill line and that the diffuser doesn't have too much or too little water. If the water exceeds the fill line, pour it out. It should have 90 ml of water. The ceramic top may have become clogged and requires cleaning.

Q: WHY ISN’T MY DIFFUSER TURNING ON OR GETTING POWER?

The power adapter may not be properly plugged in. Check the connection from the power adapter to the port located on the diffuser. After confirming the connection, make sure your power outlet is working properly. Press the power button (left) on the diffuser.

Q: WHY IS MY DIFFUSER LEAKING WATER?

Check the water level and make sure it’s at or below the fill line. If there is excess water, pour some out to get it below the maximum fill line. The cover may also be backward. Ensure that the cover is lined up with the output spout before securing it to the base.

Q: WHAT KIND OF WATER SHOULD I USE IN MY DIFFUSER?

We recommend room-temperature water. If the temperature is too hot or cold, the mist may form water drops.
