Finding The Perfect Sleep
A good sleep routine leads to better sleep hygiene and overall better sleep. Here are a few ways to enhance your sleep routine:[1]
- Reduce screentime before going to bed
- Increase your exposure to daylight
- Ensure your bed and pillows are clean & comfortable
- Eliminate light, disruptions, and alcohol use before bed
Another way to improve your bedtime routine is diffusing natural, sedative essential oils like Melatonin Sleep blend. Try diffusing this blend 30 minutes before bed.
The Ingredients
Skillfully formulated to achieve a perfect night’s sleep, Melatonin Sleep blend is an industry-first aromatherapy blend.
Melatonin: This unique blend incorporates 5 mg of melatonin per use, a naturally occurring hormone that gently regulates your sleep cycle, for a drug-free approach to better sleep.
Florals: Lavender, Chamomile, Sweet Marjoram, and Chamomile work synergistically to promote calming and stress-reducing properties.[2]
Woods: Sandalwood, Cedarwood, and Ho Wood are traditionally used to promote relaxation and sleep.
Resins: Gurjun Balsam and Vanilla CO2 offer gentle sedative properties.
Root: Vetiver essential oil,[3] known for its deep, earthy aroma, is also included to gently promote feelings of calmness and ease you into sleep.

How To Use Melatonin Sleep Blend
Diffuser: Add a few drops of Melatonin Sleep blend to your essential oil diffuser filled with water. The diffuser will disperse the calming aroma into the air, filling your bedroom with a tranquil aroma throughout the night. We recommend diffusing 30 minutes before bedtime.
Pillow Mist: Create a DIY sleep spray by mixing 15 drops of Melatonin Sleep blend, 1 tablespoon 190-proof grain alcohol, and 1.5 oz of distilled water in a glass spray bottle. Lightly mist your pillow or linens before bed for a gentle, close-range scent that can lull you to sleep.
Relaxing Bath: Draw a warm bath about an hour before bedtime. Combine 6 drops of Melatonin Sleep blend in 1 oz of Sweet Almond carrier oil and a few cups of Epsom salt. Add to the bathwater. Soak in the warm, aromatic water to relax your muscles and prepare your mind for sleep.
Topical: Apply the Melatonin Sleep roll-on to pulse points. This roll-on is pre-diluted and ready to be used right away.

I’m looking forward to trying this – and having my kids try it as well (they are all “big people” – 16 and over). They’ve taken melatonin since they were little, they all love diffusing oils – so I will definitely be adding it to my cart on Friday.

Hi Sarah! Inhaled, melatonin is expected to have a lesser effect than if it were ingested. However, pairing melatonin with sedative essential oils increases it’s sedative properties.

Hi Tara! This blend is recommended for adults only, though we hope to offer an Ok For Kids option in the future!

Interesting! I’m looking forward to trying it. I’ve never heard of diffusing melatonin before. Does it have the same effect when inhaled as it does when ingested?
Tara
Will this one be an ‘ok’ for kids one? Or what is the age recommendation? Hoping I can share this one 😉
