Can you put Helichrysum essential oil on your face?
  • Because essential oils are 100% pure and undiluted, only a little is needed to be effective. To use Helichrysum essential oil on your skin, we recommend first diluting it in a high quality carrier oil such as Jojoba Oil or Rosehip Seed Oil. For facial use, dilute Helichrysum oil to 1% by combining 1 ounce of carrier oil with 6 drops of Helichrysum oil. A massage oil can be diluted to 3% by combining 1 ounce of carrier oil with 18 drops of Helichrysum oil. Need to keep this one on hand!

I read this oil was helpful for varicose veins. Sometimes my calves are very painful, even though my veins don’t look bad yet (my dr saw them) and my ankles will swell. This oil seems to be helping a lot in just a few days. Walking is easier and my ankles aren’t swelling like they were. It is believed that this oil can actually strengthen vein walls, so I’m hopeful of continued improvement. I’ve since learned there are a multitude of uses for this oil, so it’s a keeper for me!

A great one to keep on hand!

Saw this recommended for varicose veins. I was in quite a bit of pain from them, even though mine aren’t very noticeable yet. This oil has greatly relieved the pain in my calves, and made walking so much easier. I think it’s already improving the strength of my vein walls in just a few days, because my ankles aren’t swelling like they had been. I’ve since learned more about this fabulous oil that has a multitude of uses. I always want it on hand!

Skin saver

While great for the skin generally, I've found that if I get a sunburn that may-or-may-not be bad enough to peel, if spread a few dots of this (over, say, a whole back) and then put my regular skin oil on top that first night, it often will save your skin from going further.
