helping me lift a low mood

I bought the 6 piece set, as I wanted to lift a low mood that was hanging around. I am doing many other positive things, but I feel that these oil blends are helping. Each day I apply 3 drops of either Bergamot Key Lime, Good Morning, Joy or Uplift to my body lotion. Each of those is lovely, and their smell lingers on my skin for hours. In the evening I have been applying a drop of Good Night to my wrists to help me sleep - it's beautiful. Alas, I dislike the Bliss Blend in my body lotion - it's too powerful, medicinal, strong-smelling (the cloves?). I put a couple of drops on a passive diffuser on my desk, and it works beautifully that way.

Absolutely lovely!

The scents are divine and does it purpose to the full extent. My only concern was I was unable to find directions (how many drops) but I was so excited I may have overlooked it. If you have anxiety or offer therapeutic services - nighttime is the go to blend. Thank you Eden's Garden!

A Must Try Set!

I’m new to Edens Garden and I tried this 3 piece set. It’s a must try if you’re on the fence about it. My favorite is Good Night. I’ve always had major sleep issues—Insomnia is #1 but after a week of diffusing 30 minutes before bedtime and created a roller to apply to feet I’m sleeping about 4 good hours a night! When I wake I diffuse Good Morning, an uplifting blend. Joy is simply a lovely fragrance that I wear as a “perfume”.
