  • Blue Cypress is not recommended for use during pregnancy. We do, however, recommend, after the first trimester, to use essential oils minimally at a 1% dilution if used topically so that you don't overwhelm your system. Always remember that less is more and that you only need a few drops to reap the relaxing benefits of essential oil and to protect your baby. As far as diffusing, it is recommended that you do not diffuse for long periods of time and use only in a well-ventilated room. For example, try opening a window while your diffuser is running.

Love This For Grounding & Skin Health

This is a favorite oil of mine for promoting balance and grounding, both physically and emotionally. Its deep, earthy, and slightly woody scent brings a sense of calm and stability, making it ideal for when I feel scattered or anxious. I often diffuse it during meditation or mindfulness practices to enhance focus and grounding.

From a skincare perspective, Cypress Blue is incredibly soothing for irritated or sensitive skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it an excellent choice for use in blends targeting redness, blemishes, or skin that’s been exposed to environmental stress. I’ve seen wonderful results when incorporating it into body oils or creams for those with dry, reactive skin, and its cooling effect is very comforting.
