Pulled Me out of PPD

This product was a life saver for me, and I mean that literally. After I had my son I had really bad post partum depression. After 3 weeks of the lowest of lows, I applied some Clary sage essential oils over my uterus and the next day I felt like I was back to my old self. It is no exaggeration when I say this oil is a life saver. (Also, it smells amazing!!)

Strong

This sage (in carrier oil) used topically is absolutely the best thing for menstrual cramps - the scent is quite strong, however.

Works well on menstrual cramps!

I decided to try Clary Sage as a roll-on for my belly whenever I had period cramps, and it definitely soothed them right away. The smell is a strong earthy floral, that took some time to get used to.

Helpful

I don't care for this scent on its own, but I really like it diffused with lavender for emotional support. I also put it in a rollerball to help with menstrual cramps, and I really think it has made a difference for me.
