Description

Dive into the world of wellness with Edens Garden's Elemi essential oil. With a delightful blend of lemony, piney, and gentle musky aromas, Elemi has been cherished for centuries. Before the advent of modern medicine, civilizations leaned heavily on nature's bounty to heal and uplift, and Elemi, a rare and precious essential oil, was no exception.

Elemi, native to Asia, comes from evergreen trees bearing plum-sized fruits with nuts inside. Belonging to the same family as Myrrh and Frankincense, Elemi's resin undergoes a steam distillation process to extract the pale-yellow essential oil. The term 'elemi' has been used throughout history to denote various resins, emphasizing its diverse applications and rich heritage.

Incorporating Elemi essential oil into your everyday life is as easy as it is rewarding. Add a few drops to your diffuser to surround yourself with its lemony, piney aroma that's subtly musky. For a soothing massage experience, mix Elemi with a carrier oil. If you're a DIY skincare enthusiast, blend Elemi with your favorite lotion or cream for an aromatic treat. Remember, always do a patch test before topical use and dilute with a carrier oil. Elemi :)

I got this as a gift from someone because my nickname is Elemi. It is a good scent but I don’t like using it for perfume. I add this to mixes for diffusing or mixed with others and coconut oil for skin care/ massage oil. It has a more herby scent. Woodsy but also has hints of dill. Overall great product and best paired with others.

The Silent Fixer

This is one of the essos that I consider silent, meaning it doesn't have a bangingly loud aroma. However, it can pack a heck of a punch in a blend. This is one of the best fixatives out there, and provides an alternative when copaiba doesn't work. Use

I love earthy and woodsy aromas such as patchouli, cedarwood, and Buddha wood. Elemi is a sweet sent that reminds me of summer trees. It is a perfect compliment to the above oil types, as it adds wonderful lightness and color. This has been one of my abso
