What You Need

Lavender essential oil

Ylang Ylang essential oil

Bergamot essential oil

Water

1 oz. spray bottle

1 tsp grain alcohol


How To

1. Add 1 tsp grain alcohol to a 1 oz glass spray bottle, fill the rest almost completely with water.

2. Add 5 drops of Lavender.

3. Add 4 drops of Ylang Ylang.

4. Add 2 drops Bergamot.

5. Shake bottle to mix and spray when you need to de-stress
